IVAO allows that users create events on the network.
Although these do not have any real connection to the division’s event department, there are some rules to follow.

Also, we are always available to assist on your events. Our team will always try to help on the creation of the event, advertising, or even gathering/organising whatever needed in terms of ATC or flight rules. This means that, not only the Portuguese events department will help, but also Flight Operations, ATC Operations, and, if needed, Member Coordination department.

With that in mind, we do ask everyone to contact our Event Coordinator or Event Assistant Coordinator, or even anyone in the Staff.
