Facility Rating Assignment

Facility Rating Assignment, or FRA for short, are used on ATC Facilities so that a minimum rating is required to be able to login.
It is the responsibility of the ATC Department to manage our division FRAs

If on the table you find a speaker under the Voice column, the use of Voice is mandatory.
English language should be used as a primary mean of communication. Pilots that have difficulties with it may use Portuguese phraseology instead.
